Leo Hamilton

Every time I sit down to write, I have two tabs open: one for my notes and one running whatever game or platform I am currently putting through its paces. That split screen pretty much sums up how I work.

Analyst by habit, writer by choice

I track patterns the way other people track scores. When a new mechanic surfaces or a platform shifts its model, my instinct is to pull it apart, test it myself, and then figure out how to explain what I found in plain language. The testing part matters enormously to me. Reading about something and actually playing through it are two very different experiences, and I want my writing to carry the weight of the second one.

My goal is straightforward: give readers something genuinely useful, whether they are picking up a controller for the first time or have years of experience and are hunting for a sharper edge.
